TUGS was a show created by same creative team behind Thomas and Friends back in 1988. While it only lasted one season, it left behind a legacy that has lasted for over 25 years. When I first watched the show, It was one of the coolest things I'd ever seen! The sets, the characters, the production itself, it was an awe inspiring program. After watching one of the episodes recently, I figured it was time for me to write my own musical tribute to it.

“For David Mitton” I love how this is dedicated to him, he was a leader for all of us helping Britt complete Thomas to what it is today and giving a wonderful start for tugs. Even though Thomas is going down. David Mitton started the maiden voyage and he left the show happy with what he had made.

@@sonictailsx4690 If tugs continued past S1 and there were movies made about it just, not a franchise-ruining movie like thomas and the tragic failroad and i bet a song thats simmilar to this would have been made for that movie

When I discovered TUGS when I was eight years old, it left a real big impact on me. Thomas is extremely mandatory, but TUGS is just as important to me, and seeing this spectacular number faithfully explain the legacy of the Stars just enlightens me!

Now if this is not a fantastic tribute to an obscure but awesome series, I don't know what is. The tune has such wonder to it that captures all the wonder of the Bigg City setting. Another fantastic production as always.

I believe that Thomas & TUGS take place in the universe because in TATMR even tho it looks like NYC one location is called Big City.

I've been a TUGS fan for a while now, and I've never heard any fan songs for the series, till now. Thank you for posting this, it was beyond amazing.

I couldn't believe it when I realised the first and second verses are sung from Sunshine and Grampus' perspectives. They fit so well!

Happy 35th Anniversary to TUGS! I don't normally like tugs but that brought a tear to my eye so it made me like tugs just that little bit more. Beautifully sung to as well but I hardly know the characters at this time

The tv show has not been successful and was underrated Some of the actors have died Too expensive to continue Some of the equipment and props for the tv show was sold off and nobody uses that kind of animation anymore I'm not being a hater i'm just pointing out the reason I too wish to see them again :(

Edit: 20/10 Edit: if you ever want to come to England and want to see the TUGS models in person e.g. Didcot Railway Centre (if they are ever coming back there again), please show Star Tugs Company this because this is amazing.
