The girl who plays the Sour Kangaroo in my play slays at her part it's AMAZING(the baby kangaroo is adorable too!) !! She knows a lot of her lines and it's only been a few practices! I'm a who and kinda wish I was a jungle citizen or bird girl because I like the songs in the Jungle of Nool better!

I was the Sour kangaroo in my production of Seussical jr and it was my first time ever in a musical. Little kids wanted autographs and a little girl curtsied to me and I curtsied back! We had to be in character when we went to the bathroom during intermission and people wanted pictures with me! I loved playing this character and I made a lot of memorize during this experience☺️

Our marching band is doing a Seussical the Musical themed show! It's pretty legit

Auditions are in a few days and I'm hoping for Sour Kangaroo! My BFFs are auditioning for Gertrude, Horton and Mayzie and we're all so excited! To all my fellow actors, break some legs!! Edit: I got Mayzie! Not what I was expecting, but I'm still excited!!

It's hard to believe it's all over... I was the Sour Kangaroo and we just finished last night. Everything went by so quickly, I love my friends that I met there and all the inside jokes we shared. At the end, on of the ensemble members gave me a drawn picture of the Sour Kangaroo. She did one of Horton, Mayzie, and my character. That just made me want to cry. At first I was skeptical of this show but I've fallen in love with it. Right now I'm in that haze after you finish a show and it's killing me. All I can to explain how I feel right now, well... 'Twas a sour kangaroo :)

I got cast as young kangaroo and i was so happy. I could have gotten sour kangaroo but because i was really short they cast me as young kangaroo. It was a really fun experience for me and i wish i could do it again.

I already memorized my lines and half of the songs I don't even sing in x) I just love how silly and random the Cat gets to be and I can't wait to leave the crowd with stars in their eyes :) Anyway I've got to go pluck some feathers from Gertrude McFuzz! @SuperSmileyDiva Well my last performance was Friday night, and the most important thing you need to ALWAYS have as a trait for being the Cat, is IMPROVISATION. A lot of the role is being quick on you toes, and being able to give the crowd a really good laugh. Stage energy is the trait that will make you the most beloved character of the show.

I played a Cadet and a Jungle Animal. I miss it so much and I wish we could have just one more performance :') Parting is such sweet sorrow.

I did this musical it was lots of fun. I played jungle animals and a fish. All the songs were fun to sing and to dance to. I performed with Stagelight Family Production/ Whittier Community Center Theatre :) The musical was on the Whittier daily new that was cool :)
