I became a kings fan very young in qc Canada.. 😂 the initial lockout 04 had me looking and learning teams a lot . Kings were my team fell in love with AK before the nhl. Then was happy Dewey became a king. 2 rings later i don't regret my childhood love for a team out of my home market.

Nice!! Doughty is one of my favourite players in LA Kings and in NHL..

As a Bruins fan, I heard a lot of comparisons between Doughty and McAvoy as he was coming up the ranks...after a few seasons now seeing Charlie play, I'm happy to say the comparisons held true. Not a Kings fan by any stretch, but I've always liked Doughty's style of play and respect the hell out of him...the quintessential two-way defenseman.

best i ever saw at htting forwards who get too cute with the puck. datsyuk is a magician but man he deserved that destruction by doughty at least once in his career.
