@@aqualalalala They aren't. Rome technically collapse on several states: France, Germany, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria and Greece. Ottomans and Russia have nothing to do with Rome.

4:27 - Since the titles were accumulated and owned by the Habsburgs and Spain discontinued the Habsburg line (there was quite the stir at the time) and it became Bourbon, many those titles weren't associated with Spain anymore, and since the Habsburgs settled on reigning from Austria, this should be corrected. But it's pretty easy, just change Andorra with Liechtenstein and paint the yellow strip white, and it's fixed. 😆

Charles I in 1556 separated the Habsburg houses of Austria and Spain between his brother Ferdinand and his son Philip, so the titles were also divided then. If not, the list would be even longer. The titles became the king of the Crown of Spain, regardless of the royal family of origin.

After the fall of Acre in 1291, the lands of the kingdom of Jerusalem were lost, but King Henry II did not renounce the title. The title is associated with the king of Naples when the Pope awarded it to that sovereign. In 1442 Alfonso V of Aragon incorporated Naples into his Crown, and in 1469 the kings of Aragon and Castile Ferdinand and Isabella (the Catholic Monarchs) married, giving birth to Spain and since then the king of Spain has inherited the title of King of Jerusalem.
