The coordination of the guys is just awesome. Here in Germany a single person runs around, blows leaves in the wind which ends up with 80% of the leaves in my garden Before the cleaning van arrives. 🙄

Just the start had me excited for those leaves. The look at that pile of leaves and think how great of an ingredient in a compost pile that would make. One of my gardening groups several years ago had an informal contest encouraging everyone to get as many bags of leaves as they could. This would fill my entire fenced in garden area all the way up the five foot fence. You had a whole army working on that. Well done and such a beautiful property.

Who is HIS? That’s a terrible name for a business. It sounds like the the owner is arrogant about owning all the properties he cleans, or worse, it sounds like something religious. I’d rather hire a company called Al’s leaf blowers, or something like that.

@@redhotchilipepperslego2529 HIS is a pronoun that refers to God, but Christianity is a relationship with God, not an empty indoctrinated religion, and the company isn't pushing "religion" on anybody, belief is just the origin of the branding. Pushing religion wouldn't be uniforms, it would be making the employees harangue scripts at customers when they're on the job. Or making employees swear some kind of oath with the uniform. Aside from salvation, wisdom, not being a slave to fear and doubt, freedom from self destructive behaviors, and other personal benefits; the outward effect of Christianity ( PROPERLY PRACTICED ) on the world is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control. Imagine if everyone around you was like that. Not a zombie, not a weirdo, not a jerk, not making fun of you, not trying to steal your girlfriend, not looking to use, betray or backstab you in some way....but just..... Cool. I don't know about you, but that doesn't sound gross or cringey to me. Each their own.

I had a feeling Kevin what is your number one man. He looks like he's thinking when he's working, where the other guys just dive in head first. He also knows how to turn the blower off. A valuable skill when it comes time to rake. I've had guys work for me where the only way I could get them to turn the blower off was to ration their fuel.

Blake your guys & Kevin did a phenomenal job with all of those leaves. I absolutely love it how you give God glory & say that you're believing that you'll get this client back. Interesting set up you got. It's lacking in a lot of areas but you worked well with what you used. The trucks is a great size its bigger then my ram 4500s. Vac is under sized for the truck at first it looked like a 10 inch intake hose but its 12 inch. A 16 inch hose vac would be more appropriate for that truck. I despise strait tips on back packs the curves give so much better control. I modify ours I like a short arm like yours but with a curved tip so you can with the flick of your wrist change the angle of attack so I get the tips stihl sells cut them down to their shortest lengths and re-drill the holes. Way to many guys for my tastes rather use a fradan 18 hp self propelled blower in the open areas that would replace about 3-4 back pack guys on bulk. The other real deficiency was with the plowing with just mowers. Get your self a Jrco leaf plow in tandem with the hydro self propelled blow you could of done that job with 4 fewer men in the same time.
