■ The 2025 driver’s lineup is far from over although some of the biggest pieces on the market, like Hamilton and Alonso, have put pen to paper with their future teams. However, with Carlos Sainz’s availability still a hot prospect and with Verstappen’s future with the team being quite uncertain despite the positive statements coming from his side, we could be seeing a move from almost all of the drivers - including the ones in the back marker teams. With this in mind, let’s see which driver will end where and more importantly, how will that shape up the future of the respective teams.

Verstappen won’t move before the end of the 2025 season. He already repeated that he is happy at Redbull and there is no reason to move to another team considering how fast the car is and the good environment among the team (if we put Horner case aside).

I reckon albon to mercedes and sainz to redbull. Gasly or Ocon to Audi. Sargent out, Ricciardo out, Magnussen out, Bottas to Hass, Zhou out. Lawson to RB cash app. Bearman to Hass.

I don’t get some of these drivers. Any of them that have been in the sport for a good number of years, and made a lot of money, why do they want to stick around driving cars that have zero chance of winning, or even scoring points. Why not move over to one of the other series, and into a competitive car 🤷🏻‍♂️ Indi car or Le Manns for instance, the money isn’t quite as good but it’d be a hell of a lot more interesting than lapping around in 15-20th place!

I completely disagree with the statement on Pierre and Williams. There is absolutely no reason, not from a financial standpoint and not from a performance or success standpoint, for Pierre to go to Williams. Alpine has had a terrible start, but is getting better with every race.They have already surpassed Williams in terms of performance and i think the gap is only going to get bigger. Alpine can offer him way more than Williams.could ever get him. Lets face it: Hes not gonna switch to Williams. And if he does, then only because he must be really unhappy at Alpine.

Verstappen will retire before changing team. Mercedes is also a total shit show that will continue for a few more years, so why on earth would the most coveted driver in F1 join them, unless the paycheck is astronomical high and would make him the highest paid athlete ever.

@@FormulaNewsToday Yeah, so there is a problem with the script. Oracle RedBull Racing has a base in Milton Keynes and therefore the script should says "Squads" and not "squad" to clear up that confusion, in my opinion.

I don’t care what anybody says. I’m like 1000% sure that Lance stroll is going to get Max Verstappen‘s car and fruit to his father that he’s the best race car driver of all time. Also Verstappen is going to drive for that American company that wants to join And there’s gonna be a big fire crash, but it turns out for staffing wasn’t even human. Verstsppen will leave F1 when his contract is done with RedBull. He wants to win other championships in other categories of racing. Besides F1 is going too green and greedy and the 2026 regulations are going to SUCK ASS !!

Yet another smart move Hamilton did! I think he knows how to chose a team! He is not a developer, he is a user. Ppl like Sainz and even Verstappen, made the wrong moves. McLaren and especially Ferrari are going to be dominant the upcoming seasons. But lets see what 2026 got for us
