@@BigGuyAppetite next time try the datu puti vinegar with a little water , 3 pieces of garlic Mince and chopped , chopped onions a little salt , a Little sugar ,a little black pepper , chopped birds eye chili 🌶, it’s like an explosion in your mouth . I love filipino flavors and sauces sooo much!!! I loooove okra sooo much! I truly love korean, Mexican and filipino flavors and sauces. Sooo amazing. See you two and marcus and I need to cook all together and have a mukbang meal together!!! It'd be amazing! Aguachile Verde is a must no matter what! After I made your recipe, I don't get it anywhere else and don't even want to try anything else. Nothing compares. Sooo delicious my mouth is nonstop watering, can't wait to eat all this again! ❤️ Sawsawan(Philippines) aka finadenni(Guam) aka Add some aloha shoyu and Calamansi instead of lime (Hawaii style). Great sauce for everything. In Hawaii we usually grill or steam large oysters until it opens up, then add the sauce and chopped cilantro as we eat.

Try Thai seafood sauce with oysters you’ll love it the ingredients are lime, fish sauce, sugar, Thai chili peppers, lots of garlic and cilantro!

YES! So glad you like Filipino food! I’m filipino and that’s the way we eat our oysters too! I use that chili vinegar dip for anything… dip your Lechon, fried pork chop, steak or fried fIsh in it over hot rice! Delish! 👍🏽 I look forward to watching your boodle fight video!

O wowww, that's another way of eating oysters,,,here in my province, Cavite, in a bowl we add finely chop raw mangoes, add crushed garlic, a dash of salt, a spoonful of water, mix it all and we add the oysters in it,,,hmm hungry now

I love oysters. Sukang maanghang (spice vinegar) that's the normal spiced vinegar, you haven't try yet "sukang Pinakurat " (spicier vinegar) burn your tongue 😜😜😜. Filipino love you because the way you embrace the Filipino food. Lots of Filipino will invite you to their house. God bless you.

Spicy is not necessarily a cultural thing, I'm a midwest farm country old white woman, and we love spicy stuff. I can't eat it like I used to, but I still love it. Specially when there is real flavor along with it. But it's proven that spice and heat can cause a euphoric feeling. So what better way to get a buzz on, than delicious spicy hot food !

BGA, Dude this looks SO good. At some point you should do Thai food, but not the usual stuff you get at a western restaurant, but a REALLY amazing soup dish called “Tom Saep”, if you have never had it, you will LOVE it!

We eat oysters with a similar sauce. About 1:1:1 ratio of fish sauce, sugar and lime juice (maybe a tiny bit of water if you wanna lighten the sauce a bit) garlic, a tonnn of cilantro and Thai chilis so the sauce is chunky. Or about same ratio with sriracha, sugar and lime juice. Adjust to your taste of course! This Filipino style looks really good tho! I’ll need to try!

Personally I don't like spicy food as much, but my mom and sister add spicy vinegar them to almost every meal, soup, fried food, everything. She either does it straight spicy vinegar or she mixes it in normal vinegar or soy sauce
