What i love the most about you is that you don't just shove food in your mouth just to eat, you actually make it taste good first and you take your time. and to be honest i don't think you eat more than the average person, the difference is that some food/drinks do put on weight, people think because one is large that it is all food and they eat too much, that is not so, i used to weigh 350lbs mostly from beer/wine, beer and soda put the weight on more than food. i stopped those drinks and the weight slowly came off. i love how you make me love what your eating, thanks for the video's

Korean hot pot we don't use szechuan peppers or the peppercorns. Also our hotpot is almost like a three course meal if you have it in Korea. You first have the soup where you dip everything and then after you get more than half way they add noodles, fresh knife cut noodles and then the broth kinda thickens and as you eat most of the rest of the food with the noodles, with the remaining broth they add rice and egg and make a fried rice

Next time you come to Vegas. I go to Rainbow Foot Spa 75 mins $38. It’s a full body massage and they massage your feet as well. And then I usually go to eat at Doh Korean BBQ which is right next door. $16.96 for lunch. That’s what I did today massage at 10am and kbbq for lunch they open at 11:30. Yes the Korean ladies usually will climb on your back and massage you with their knees lol I love it. I normally pull my face mask down to my chin when laying on my face
