I think I'd buy the 5 items to get the 20% discount because the items look fab on you. However, I'd send the khaki pants back and take the jeans instead. Those jeans were so perfectly fitted to you and looked SO good. They really did not look too short at all.

The teal dress looks great, and I think the color is good on you, too. The last dress you tried on was not bad, looked nice and cool. I think the black and white print pants are more versatile than the yellow/orange pair.

Great box, Meredith. The two dresses are beautiful on you-that clear jade is your color. I’m 5’10” also and hear you about the pants length. It’s very hard to find pants (and sleeve length is just as bad). The cardigan was meh at any price. It makes me crazy when stripes don’t match. Keep being you. Watching you is like being with a fun friend.

I hope you kept that last dress!! It wowed me on you. It fit your body so well, and it just looked like you. Your hair and everything looked great with it. $112 is worth looking that good, and it looked comfortable. Return the rest and keep the dress. 👗

The rowing machine is hard but very effective. I usually row to music. Jimmy Hendrix or The Cult work best for me due to the beat. I just zone out and row to the beat. You start getting really tired after the first few minutes and you have to work through that. Then you are fine. I used to row hard for about 30 minutes but you need to work up to that. I will have to start from scratch all over again. Not enjoyable at first but will focus on the results. I got very trim a while back and people didn't recognise me at first. I looked a good 15 to 20 years younger. Unfortunately due to the change I have put a lot of weight back on. If you exercise your skin seems to firm up and not go floppy. Hoping it will work again. The first few months are murder but after that you enjoy the buzz of the exercise.

Wendy, thank you! I’m going to try it. Right now I’m walking 10k steps a day and doing a little bit of weight training with my daughter and occasionally hot yoga. Both my hotworx place and the gym have a rowing machine- I’m going to try! I love your music choices- I like to pull out Linkin Park when I need heavy beat inspiration!

The print dress is a keeper… beautiful on you! Culottes must be in as I’ve been seeing them everywhere. In fact, I tried on three pair at Marshalls tonight and ended up buying one for $19.99. This is my second pair within a month… they are cute, cool and comfy! That yellow print was pretty on you, but you might want a different pattern since you already have them in black.

Karlene, I need to head to Marshalls- there is not one super close, but I may go after work one day this week. We have a very close Ross, but they normally have about 15-20 items in s 3X, and I have never found anything. Thank you so much for the scoop on the culottes!

@BigonStyle I'm not impressed by our Ross stores in CA. Clothes look cheap. Marshalls and TJMaxx have been getting some nice clothing in lately. I've ordered from them online also then I just return items in store to save shipping return.

I love the teal dress on you! Our thermostat stays on 67 . I told my sister who lives with me that she has a choice either she puts more clothes on or I take more off . She put on a hoodie and got a blanket really fast . 😳 lmao

Hi there. I haven’t watched this yet, but wanted to direct you to a sight I think might have a t shirt like that ya’ll one. It’s southern fried chics. They go up to a 3x which is technically only an 18, but they make a ton of southern t shirts that are generously sized. They also sell wide width shoes and cool accessories.. I hope they’ll be more inclusive as they get bigger, but thought you might find a shirt there. Off to watch what’s in your box now!

Hi Meredith, I am a a tall girl as well I am 5’9 and I just roll them up and kind of call them ankle, it especially works in summer with sandals or my Birkenstock’s. Just an idea if you love the fit of the jeans. I love button down jeans as well. Have a great day🥰

All 5 of those were staples that I bet you'd wear. Another way to look at the cost is price per wear and if it's something you'd wear a lot, then paying up may make more sense.

Hi, Meredith! I loved the teal dress! My jeans often need hemming. Now I saw the other side of the equation-that’s frustrating! I love my AC, too. 72-73 is perfection! We have been in record heat in Florida.😂 I kept a pair of Democracy jeans in my Pool Party Edit. I can use the jeans in the fall. Wantable gifted me a quality beverage tumbler in stainless steel which was part of their edit’s promotion.

@@BigonStyle It’s been a brutal 96 in South Florida, and the humidity is pushing the temps to a real feel of 110-115. We have been setting records for 6 weeks. We get warnings not to go outside unless necessary. Let’s add the Sahara dust layer to the mix that makes the sky hazy. Thanks for letting me vent! My friend said that their thermoses are excellent. I’ll get another Wantable in the fall. Nice chatting with you! 🏝️ 🌊

The black print dress looked amazing on you. The jeans and the pink top also looked lovely. I couldn't see the problem with the length from the angle of the filming. You can see the benefits of your weight loss when wearing the jeans and pink top. I am getting in the mindset to start dieting myself. I will have to set up my rowing machine as it really helps to melt away the tummy. There is a lot to melt.

I’m sorry about the camera angle! Girl, I hear you on a lot to melt off! I have only tried a rowing machine once at an Orange Theory class and my results were put up on this board comparing them to everyone in the class, just not a fun experience. I would love to try one again in a non-competitive setting. Do you enjoy it? Thank you so much for saying that you can notice my weight loss! I’m working it, girl… it is so hard!

I don't know if they make jeans in 32-34 inseam for women any more, makes me crazy, guess that's why I started buying men's jeans, lol. The black and ivory dress looks great on you and the bamboo material should be very cool in that hot climate. Meredith, if you ever find that perfect fitting jean except they're 1 1/2" to short ask a friend that crochets to make you crocheted lace to add to the bottom, great fix and in style now too. Decisions, decisions, lol

That ikat dress was a keeper! And those boot cut jeans would probably be great with , uh, boots. 😆. I actually liked the cardigan on you…a great cut but as they say, if it’s not a clear yes, it’s a no. (Cleaning it up for public posting 😂) Keep up the good work. I’ve not yet gotten a Bloomchic order complete. Got frustrated and deleted the whole thing because they kept changing discount and shipping at the end …I was trying to get free shipping but when I did they reduced my discount. Life is too short to battle trying to spend money. LoL. By the way they never answered my email request about the discount codes you were given. I did get a random ad for a 25% discount but as I said, when I increased order to get free shipping they reduced the discount. Booo! 😂😂😂 Seriously not a problem, I didn’t need anything there, but I am enjoying items from my Fashom box so big thanks to you for that!

Ahh, LaJuana, that is really frustration… and feels a little dishonest. Free shipping should not adjust prices! I always think of bootcut jeans as being longer so that they are long enough to accommodate the boot heel…I could be completely wrong! I’ll dust off my boots and try them together before deciding to send them back!

I’m guessing it’s not intentional dishonesty by the company, perhaps more technical overlook…but since they didn’t answer one email, I don’t think they’ll look at another. That’s okay, but I really liked your top! And they had some straight leg jeans that looked adorable. I can wait…right now in the NC heat and humidity I’m living in linen! (Thank you Costco!)

Gf, I hope you took the pants...if you can afford them, a pair of pants that make you feel that good are worth the price. The black will eventually wear and then you'll have none. I bought an $80 pair of jeans at torrid that 4 years later I wish I had two.

I have gained some weight (ugh, I know, but embrace the season). I want to go through my closet and basically narrow down things that make me look good, feel good, and are good for me (more natural fibers and such). I thought about doing a box service to help supplement this process and get a different eye on things. I do have some more strick clothing standards I guess you could say---midi skirts and dresses only, min of elbow length shirts, nothing low cut. BUT, I still want things that are flattering. You have tried so many boxes, so do you have a recommendation?
