I also agree that the double vanity thing is over doing it. If you can share a bed you can share a basin.

Beautiful home man...love what you’ve done with the place, it’s old and modern all at the same time. Some new houses feel too sterile and you’re scared to ‘live’ but this has the perfect mix of homely and modern. Well done

Love the motivation and encouragement on the chalk board, will be stealing that idea, would also love for you to expand on the flatlets that were legally added, please xpand on that

Very cool home !! A nice mixture of old farm style and modern comfort 👌 I'm also looking into modern bachelor units that are about 70 % solar powered to substitute bond repayments on my next home purchase ! Still doing my homework on what the maximum amount of units you can build without having to go business property ! Keep up the good work 👏

A little bit of a grey area on whether flatlets are a good idea or not? Please elaborate. Really keen to hear your thoughts on this since I've been considering this too.
