Servomaschine passt sich Aufgaben flexibel an
Bihlers Highlight auf der Wire 2018. Ein Servo-Stanzbiegeautomat GRM-NC und eine genial einfache LEANTOOL-Werkzeuglösung - das genügt, um zwei Sicherheitsbügeltypen im PKW aus hochfestem Stahldraht (Ø 6 mm) flexibel zu fertigen. Das schlanke Biegewerkzeug besteht aus gerade mal 12 individuellen Werkzeugteilen, 12 Werkzeugnormalien und den immer wieder verwendbaren Maschinennormalien. Sechs leistungsstarke Servo-Biegeaggregate und zwei Servo-Mittelstempel sorgen für präzise Trenn-, Umform- und Auswurfbewegungen. Beim Umrüsten vom offenen auf den geschlossenen Drahtbügeltyp ruft der Einrichter lediglich die Daten in der VC 1-Steuerung auf. Sofort ändern sich die Positionen der Servo-Aggregate und der Bewegungsablauf des LEANTOOL automatisch. Die Anzahl der Biegeebenen reduziert sich von zwei auf eine. Die Produktion startet zu 100 Prozent reproduziert mit einem Gutteil.

Servo machine adapts to tasks flexibly
Bihlers Highlight at Wire 2018. A GRM-NC servo stamping and forming machine and an ingeniously simple LEANTOOL tool solution - that's all you need to manufacture two safety bracket types for vehicles from high-strength steel wire (Ø 6mm). The lean bending tool consists of only 12 individual tool parts, 12 standard tool parts and the consistently reusable standard machine parts. Six powerful servo forming units and two servo central mandrels ensure precise cutting, forming and ejection movements. When changing from the open to the closed wire bracket type, the machine operator just calls up the data in the VC 1 control system. The positions of the servo units and the motion sequence of the LEANTOOL are then changed automatically. The number of forming levels is reduced from two to one. Production starts immediately with a 100% reproduced good part.
