Just can't get my head around the mindset of of some people who always find negativities in even the most positive and pleasurable moments/memories of life. Who cares whose music it is and from which country, it's a masterpiece and pure talents that captivates their audience. Peace on earth and harmony among-st living being.

for those of us who understand indian music (classical may not be the right term to use here, perhaps systematic music), so its difficult to drop the lens of our music and listen to other forms as they are. what do you think?

I mean, if I lack knowledge about technicalities of said form of music, I can only use what reference I have... My comment was meant to hint towards possible common origins of the content of Indian and Iranian music, in line with the similarity of instruments used.

Thank you for this amazing music. It takes me back to my childhood, and great memories of past, my dad ( RIP ) listened to this kind of music when he gathered with his friends. P.s. and drink or smoke opium = poison, which I wish he never did!

I miss playing this instrument. I've been looking for once since I moved to the U.S. May just have my cousin send his over from Kapan. I used ot play the santur quite a bit, it's always bee nprecious to me and my mother Amna Sarkisian.

I never knew the Santoor was Persian. I was introduced to it through Indian Classical by Pandit Shivkumar Sharma. This however is very beautiful. I love the sound of that Tombak. My friends always give me shit for listening to "Middle Eastern Music." How ignorant they are. I love this!

Thank you for this amazing music. It takes me back to my childhood, and great memories of past, I remember my dad ( RIP ) listened to this kind of music whenever he gathered with his friends. And I know he is in his best mood so I ask for money and he give me the most, like $100 for a 6 years old, lol P.s. those days man gathered and drink or smoke opium = poison.

بعد از عبور از مراحلی در آموزش سازها، از هنرآموز خواسته میشه مثلا در تنبک ترتیب زدن نت ها توسط دستان راست و چپ جابجا شود. بعنوان مثال اگه تم را با دست راست و در وسط تنبک اجرا می شد حالا با دست چپ انجام گیرد و الی آخر. این نوع تمرین و نواختن باعث افزایش کنترل دوچندان دستها می شود.
