Love your tours. Last time I was there, I saw Kannedy's original gravesite with the eternal flame and a little white picket fence around it. Uncle worked for dept of agriculture. I saw so much in my 2 week visit.

My University Appalachian state use to lease a building across the street from the Supreme Court from the 1970s until we were forced to stop leasing in 2003, then we bought a house 622 North Carolina Ave. Then we were forced to sell it after DC said it wasn't zoned for the purpose we were using it sorta hybrid classroom/hostel for Appstate students. We still have our Loft in NYC, got to stay there it was so nice.

11:22 I saw the tree in November 2017, the night before the Christmas event they do in that park, while I was out there for business. I stepped off that path, and 1 of many police stationed along that "temporary" wall there yelled at me to get back on the path when taking a photo of the White House.

I just rent bikes from the Capitol Bike Share, which is all over the city. They are heavy, clunky and beat up, but the one I rode today was electric power assist so a bit easier to ride.

I love how the sky looked yesterday on Juneteenth in DC yesterday morning with the high clouds and blue sky combined. This reminds me of my childhood summer days when I and siblings would go out and play on summer days that would look like this here in NW PA. I would also be fascinated with these kinds of days with the high cirrus clouds and clear blue sky days in the summer months relating this kind of sky to the awesome synthesizer with rock music and styles of the early 80s then. The way the sky looks here in DC yesterday brings back those AWESOME memories. Skies were much hazier up here in NW PA on Juneteenth.

Not boring at all, I always learn something, wondering if all those homes and consuls are "owned" or "rented" and who pays for them, taxes, etc. So many look empty or deserted, although the grounds always look nice and who takes care of that? Speaking of the food trucks food in DC becoming expensive with boring and disgusting food as well deciding to get a hotdog for a $1.50 at Costco, things such as this is what I loathe about all the shop small shop local propaganda one hears about a lot these days for this kind of propaganda is one of those things that could careless about things such as with the food trucks here expecting one to blindly support their local businesses regardless of how they treat the customers, employees, regardless of whether or not something is ridiculously expensive with bad quality. I myself will also say that whenever I shop local, I do so not because of the shop small local propaganda, but because the local businesses I go to have good quality stuff, treats the workers and customers well. I also shop at large corporate places to save money shopping at certain large corporate chain stores that I know treats and respects customers and employees alike. Bottom line: I shop where I, other customers, and employees are treated with respect regardless of size of business and regardless of how local, global business is.
