Bike rider falls in Mandovi after a car crashed into him while overtaking

A motorcyclist plunged into the Mandovi River when a car attempting to overtake collided with him. Swift response from fire and emergency services ensued. The incident unfolded when a rental car, driven by tourists at high speed, attempted to overtake on the Mandovi bridge, striking the motorcyclist. The impact propelled the biker into the air, causing him to fall into the Mandovi River. The search and rescue operation is currently ongoing.

This is a murder and not an accident because there is no overtaking on the bridge. All the tourists are driving recklessly on the goan roads.

Requests the concerned Authorities , Department , Traffic Cell ,Always To Deploy Traffic Policemen on Middle of Bridges To keep Strict vigil and also see to it that No overspeeding, overtaking, NO Rash Driving takes place on these Bridges and those who them self thinks that Road is meant only for them and they least bothers others comming in opposite direction or in the same direction. whoever violates and those whoever dont follow MVR strict legal action to be taken against those Drivers and Riders who purposely Drives or Rides their vehicles in very ir responsible and in dangerous maner and which puts others Precious life in Danger.This is going to be one of the safey measure to Reduce Accidents and also for safety of Public.

Rent a cab does not ensure proper driving. This concept has been discarded by many countries.

Govt of Goa should install railing on the all the bridges so this types of incidents would not happen. This is how its done in some countries around the world.

IS THERE NO DIVIDER ON THE BRIDGE BECAUSE THE RENT CAR TRIED TO OVERTAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM....BUT DIDN'T THE CAB DRIVER NOT C THE BIKER IN FRONT OF HIM ?? WHY DID HE NOT PUT BRAKE OF HIS CAB OR SLOW DOWN ON SEEING A BIKER IN OPP DIRECTION??? GONE CASE DRIVER ???
