I am always looking for a better bag for my bike, and I have been looking for a proper handlebar bag for several years now. Now I believe I have found what I have been chasing after in the Route Works Handlebar Bag.

Thank you for the review. What is the lower cord for (the one around the bottom of the bag)? I understand that it keeps the outside pockets closed, but it seems that just for that they coulve used something more simple. Stuffing a shirt? Does it have any other purpose??

Are you sure that is 1/4” shock cord and not smaller? I love your idea and want to change my cords to red!

anyone know of you could mount the bar hardware upside down for a bit more tire clearance for XS bikes and ultra low stack heights? In some pics the "blade" looks the same top and bottom in others it looks more rounded on the top. thank you

How does it hold up in miles of rain? Everything stay dry?

I have ridden in several rain events and have never had any water in the bag. That said, I have ridden in a downpour with it yet.
