My ultimate Bkepacking Gear Pick Is
The Infinity E1X Series Seat, While it might not be the most budget-friendly option, the comfort it delivers makes it a worthwhile investment. Why spend a small fortune on your Bikepacking setup only to experience discomfort after a 40km ride? This is why I bought the Infinity Bike Seat. I personally enjoyed pure comfort from day one, didn't need padding shorts by the second day, and had no use for chaffing cream by the third day, I just use talc. After four years of using it, it was for sure my best investment I wont ride without it. Finally someone who knows how to set up their brake levers for bikepacking and bike riding in general. Most people have ergo grips and run their brake levelrs almost perpendicular to the ground. Drives me insane. Your setup looks amazingly comfortable. AND YES! NOOO PADDED SHORTS AND NO CREAM. People dont understand that its important that your contact point to the saddle needs to say DRY! Padded shorts just keeps you wet and increases the friction. Baby powder works wonders!

Thanks for sharing ,,, and yes,,, most of us pack light on pedal bikes,,, if you end up in Alaska or in Siberia you'd most likely not like your set up... Bet 10 too Zero you'd be packing heavy threw out the year 450 kms north of the boreal forest... - 30 c with 60 kpr winds is a nice day up north... Light weight fat tire bike packing trip won't work for yha when the temps drop below - 60c with 100 to 120 kpr winds... Those of that do pack heavy wll survive because We { know } what's needed - 22c with 20 kpr winds today up here... Beautiful day for biking... Cheers all...

That's a nice set up so clean. I have the frame bags and it can get a little disorganized at times, and im afraid with all that weight on the frame it will bend as i have an aluminum frame opposed to my steel framed partner.

Thank you, quite a good video for being produced so on the fly. It might have been easier on you as well as viewers if you sat the camera some place and emptied out your bags with both hands. Also, as I am preparing my first backpacking trip, I would have liked to see how all them bags mount on the bike, what keeps the top tube bag from spinning off to the side. Thanks though, much appreciated.

Is that a rottweiler?! I love rotties!!!! The best breed ever! Sounds like you're Irish by accent though? Unfortunately law states they're horrible vicious dangerous dogs which is of course all wrong. My Kai was actually a celebrity when we visited Dingle, he loved it and everyone loved him! Didn't really need the muzzle and I was almost refusing to use it (bring him out in public places off the lead) Also this is a really good walkthrough, thanks haha. You have great kit!! And the washbag is an amazing idea for washing kit. I don't understand what you meant by it helping to bring less things or travel lighter?
