Bill Barr stopped Bob Mueller in his tracks. He also wanted to be a real AG. He instituted Trump policy. But Barr didnt want to further politicize the DOJ. Trump lost in 2020 when the courts allowed election laws to be relaxed. They didnt have a game for mail-in voting. It wasnt Barr’s job to fix that.

It's not just that, they are not as fast, strong or "quick to react" as the men because of basic biological differences.
