Bill Duke EXPOSES Tyler Perry's DISGUSTING Rise To Fame (CENSORED).
Duke shattered the myth that talent alone guarantees stardom. He pointed out that in an industry driven by connections and networks, talent can be meaningless without a clear path to success. "You have to have a mission, a path," Duke said, emphasizing the need for a clear vision and strategic planning in a competitive field. Duke's honest take on the industry was a reality check. He acknowledged that many people exploit personal relationships or trade favors to get ahead. He didn’t sugarcoat it: relying solely on talent is naïve in the ruthless world of Hollywood. His words were a warning to aspiring artists to be aware of potential pitfalls.

Thank you so much. As a dark skin black woman, I was very intimidated while in Hollywood and not only blew auditions but even when I did my best later here (yes it made me silence my talent) in the Southeast region, as a dark skinned woman, I'm expected to audition for "period pieces". My hope is to change the narrative, create jobs and stories for actors with darker skin

I don't like How most Tyler perry Movies about black women being abused on drugs graped everything that down grade black women. That's my problem with Tyler Perry. Not really enough of black women success it's always Negative.

T.P. has deep issues and maybe even hatred toward black women. He said he based his material on the people in his family he saw growing up remember he was also abused. So his accounts of black people and interpersonal relationships is severely negative. He needs to start showing the actual truth and real life experiences of black women and their successes not their failures and their tragedies.

See, as we who watches these movies and artists are oblivious to what goes on in the industry we don’t see it. We see a good show or a funny show. Social media has opened up a whole new world that we aren’t knowledgeable about. Nothing is how it seems.

It's all hidden messages and symbols in everything we watch but when those who are in the know try to tell us the truth we quickly dismiss them saying they crazy, wrong, jealous, bitter etc. They all try to inform us and warn us but we shoot the messenger and just ignore everything until it's too late.

A lot of celebrities & fans know that Tyler Perry, along with Oprah Winfrey, are one of the two most riches, evil people & regardless whomever they happened to hurt or destroyed in the Hollywood industry! Also, an old saying "What Goes Around Comes Around". They'll get their's someday! 😠😤😡

You right and they just was blacklisted and we didn't get to see them unless they was playing such disgusting characters. I mean it was ridiculous even in Mama Flores family. Blair Underwood even though his character wasn't a bad stain or anything on the black community, he was treated as such and jailed and beating and and he was shown to be. You know a horrible person in the light of even though he wasn't. He was an innocent man in the movie but still he was shown to be the bad and portrayed as the bad. When his brother Luke Fleming played by Mario Van Peebles. A lighter-skinned character was honored. He was in the service he came out. He came, became a lawyer. He worked at a firm. He had this. He had that man. Isn't that something? That's crazy?

I think many people suffer rejections, but none like ours... no matter what field we are in, from early we😢 build a way of coping with the broken world of people we live amongst. I know we are not perfect but we are quietly living unbeknowing to the world a unhealthy, unspoken coping mechanism within. We love to laugh but i feel Tyler mad🎉e it big through us melaninated people that got him rich & wealthy, its time he did more to uplift our race in a positive light, by trying to erase colorism within our community and the to others. No wonder so many melaninated people are desperate for acceptance by changing their shade, marrying out etc.

I do not respect the beat up, angry, cheated on, used, etc black woman persistent themes & now (thank you) for pointing out the colorism. When I did watch his early movies/plays, I did not notice this "duh" it hould have been obvious to me. Let's love each other in all our shades and leverage our viewership to demand more positive images and role models. The world is watching not only for how we are treated but how we treat each other.

I love Tyler Perry - I have to say some of Tyler's depictions of the Black Family so brilliantly reflective in my family, no lie - It's old school but true. Just because blacks have become more progressive in so many ways does not mean that I can't look back and remember big mama, or Uncle Joe. Ok
