Oh Bill...I'm going to miss you! I can't begin to tell you how happy I am for you, that this is how your story ends. You get to live a happy, healthy life. This is what my prayer has always been for you! Please consider checking in every once in a while. You've grown a community of strangers that have come to love you! @@billrogersburp Yes, that's me! My Dad is still doing well with his colostomy bag at 91. He broke his hip January 31 and after surgery and recovery he experienced bilateral drop foot so both feet aren't functioning well enough to walk. He is now bound to a wheelchair. He is a Marine so adapts and overcomes whatever challenges come his way. You have that quality so I know you will overcome anything with support of your family and friends!

So happy for you Bill - great to hear you made it through to the other end - and you’ll be “still here” for years to come! I thought for sure you’d get the bag put back after the hell you went through after the reversal but look at that - you healed up and are bag free! Good stuff!

Thank you Bill for the last two years of inspiration! I was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer about the same time as you were diagnosed .. I have never written on you post... but I followed your posts and you encouraged me and made me laugh countless times. I've prayed for you , lit prayer candles and sent you love and well wishes throughout these last 2 years .. I just completed my 2 year check with a colonoscopy and cat scan and all is clear. Take good care and having had cancer now feels like a twisted gift.. I have a level of deep gratitude for the simple joys and each day.. Love from Prince Edward Island, Canada!

Nobody wants that horrible diagnosis but the more people like us that prove it's beatable..the better. So glad for you. Thanks, Bill. You maintained your humor even at your lowest, and that is truly an inspiration. It's too bad that treatment side effects outlive the cancer, but I guess that's part of the deal. There may never be a universal cure for cancer, but modern medicine can still produce miracles. I sure will miss hearing you're "still here." "Live long and prosper." 🖖

I still have good and bad days and I'm still learning what I can eat and drink to avoid griping stomach pains etc. But on the whole I'm doing OK. Hope you weren't looking me up for info because you're in poor health yourself...

@@billrogersburp with the advancements in the health industry you will probably be in a situation to heal even further as those advancements take place. The fact you went from stage 3 to how you are now is a great achievement. No, As far as I'm aware I'm healthy I just found your channel and stuck with it.

Hi Pamela. How kind of you to think of me. I'm doing pretty well thank you. It's been a year since the reversal surgery and I'm still improving even after so long. Life is relatively normal again now. Helen and I are planning a short break together soon to escape our miserable UK weather! Hope you and your loved ones have a happy, healthy 2024 and beyond ♥️

Aww Bernice! How kind of you to think of me. I'm sort of at a plateau now. I am still learning what food and drink cause me problems. If I have something that disagrees with me I can suffer for a day of two afterwards. Now and then I accept that as a price worth paying! Then again, sometimes I get griping gut-ache even when I've been good. Seems no rhyme nor reason sometimes. Anyway, I'm definitely still here 😊.
