Oh ...I like the removable stabilizer jacks...and the design...I could not tell it from a factory build! Such a clean and roomy design. And it can boondock!

David and Lisa gave Jan and me the tour and we were both obviously impressed with the build quality and the methods David used to bend the plywood. Great camper and we can't wait to see the replacement toy hauler. Great video and very nice couple!

Really nice build. Bending the plywood for the curved surfaces takes some skill. Interesting that you were able to keep the weight so low in this size trailer.

Bill and Deb as an owner operator went through an ins co with a loss on a truck everything was rebuilt. I had all my receipts For what I had in it. Something to think about.

Beautiful build. Functional and comfortable. The outside looks factory. My preference would be to have a shower, and I would like a larger fridge. But what a lovely camper for a couple.

@@billanddeb when will you two be heading to FL? Dina is getting back from Houston tomorrow, Monday. Her brother will be here Monday and Tuesday evening. Wednesday and Thursday we may be able to get together. Friday night we may have company for the game, we are going to the Razorback game Saturday. After that we are pretty open. Would you two be available Wed afternoon or Thursday?

Holly Cow, Lisa & David have built a really amazing trailer! I really like the vintage look & the simplicity of the design. What grade of plywood was used on the outside &/or what is applied to the plywood to make it weather resistant? Thank you for sharing a really cool trailer build (that trailer would be the perfect accessory for my 51 Ford F1 pickup lol).

Is the exterior skinned with anything like poor man’s fiberglass or metal or is it just painted over plywood?

The trailer is painted with Sherwin Williams marine paint.

Don't really know. But, whatever it is, it's lasted for 5 years. There were no signs of any problems with exterior skin.
