It takes resourcing and trial and error in stand up. Bill is one of a kind. Material needs to be broken down between different crowds, and then broken down by the comic for the best outcome. Specials arent just one time jokes they thought of the day before. Some jokes take years, some joke take weeks. Its all about the dialogue, crowd and comedian. Never forget the delivery...

This was hilarious. Bill Burr is the comedian of the decade imo. Chapelle and Burr are in an elite class, but Chapelle didn't really come back strong until his Netflix signing in 2015. Burr has been in his bag this whole decade.
