That concert was here in México City last year in march 2023. It was POURING and it was not safe for an outdoor venue. She gave a 40 min acoustic concert and told everyone to come back the next day and gave the complete concert. My friends who couldn't come back DID get a refund. Don't spread misinformation.

I was at the Billie Eilish concert in Mexico City. Indeed, there was a great storm. Billie was very sad that she couldn't do the concert, she did a little half hour acoustic concert and she told us to keep the tickets. The concert was rescheduled for the next day. I got to see Billie Eilish live two days in a row and it was amazing.. She had a concert the next day in Monterrey, Nuevo León. If one thing is clear to me, it is that Billie loves her fans.
