It's a combination of great vocal control, but also live pitch correction. Edit: also yeas Billie is a great singer but out of all her songs, this one is probably the easiest to sing.

What I do know is vocal filters they used on that second mic for color but she’s mentioned so many times she’s a vocal perfectionist and finneas has gone on record to say they’ve never used pitch correction software in any songs
