Wait hold on. How are these 12 x 4 working hours beneficial for the people according to their new lifestyle? Does the govt even know how much it is going to affect on the blue-collar as well as white-collar people's mental health as well as bring physical fatigue? And on top of that the 3 days have been given as extended holidays for what ? For preparing the body to work like robots for the next 4 days ? Like what kinda logic is this? And even after that the govt decides to cut down the salary and include most of the salary to pf fund? Like why ? Are you guys giving the assurance that wages are going to contribute to the people in futuristic ways ? What if a employee works for some years and then decides to quit the job or has been terminated ? What about the money which was been taken as wages ? Are you going to give that back ? Like who even came up with this nonsense labor codes.

Why working 5 yrs is a must to get gratuity. That's also an exploration and kind of bonded labour .. this 5 yrs must come down to zero. Or post leaving the company gratuity can get merged with PF

gratuity is not part of salary...it's given by the company as long-term service and dedication towards company..khud company nikalo aur do fir employees ko zero years service ke liye.

The main important thing is we can't compramise with the deduction in the take home salary. Because we have to see the currently livelihood not the future of retirement. As per currently expenditure like petrol diesel rates children education it's very difficult to survive. Govt will make a good profit by investing our PF amount into business. But the common people have to struggle.

I do wanna raise a point on fund higher at retirement wherein cutting take home salary... I don't really find it pleasing as one enjoys her/ his lifestyle during major working years and they ll have to compromise their peak years of delivery and when their exist... Not much of desires and excitement and energy left then what would it be really required that moment more or now. Also... Suggestion for that is to they can raise gratuity and not to lessen the take home. Secondly either a part which merging more in to the gratuity as of rules can be made in to some more accessible mandatory FD with salary account and restrictions can be made but to take it and use it as contingent fund. This would be more accessible and would increase saving habits instead to do it in more of gratuity account.
