When the gentleman dropped the plow on that big ole 820 John Deere it didn't even sound like the engine changed pitch! Tons of torque for sure!

The 820 is rated for a 5 furrow 14 Inch plow, so it wouldn't have any trouble with 4.

My dad only let me plow once. We had two plows going at once. I followed him around the field all day. Most of the time I was running the disk or drag. Good memories. Cultivating corn on the other hand with a two row mounted unit, was boring. Fell asleep more than once doing that.

I will watch this video several times this winter. When to temperature drops and the snow is blowing, I will enjoy the sounds of the tractors.

Well one advantage of the 2 cylinder deeres is you don't have to split them in half to do a clutch job on them

that is true! just break a tire a bit off to get the clutch pulley off

My uncle adjusted the clutch on his A to where it was difficult to disengage the clutch. My mom was hauling hay down a fairly steep lane and had to get on a two lane highway. She couldn't stop it, and pulled out in front of a semi. The semi took the opposite lane to miss her. For some reason, she refused to operate that tractor any more that day! A quick adjustment and it was good to go.

The AR with new clutch work will pull in third ez...the Jubalie has way to much muster for plowing like that plus its a show tractor and not a work tractor
