Pls note. 5m total budget bahay lang po yun , not included fences, dirty kitchen,gamit sa bahay / bahay nung mother and lanai. Plus yung mga upgrades ng mga pvc windows, and tempered glass Again maraming salamat po ulit sa panunuod ingat po kayo and God bless😍

5 million! Compare this to the ready-for-occupancy house selling for 12 to 16 million in a subdivision. Very cramp looking at their sample unit with furnitures. Look at the spacious area of the living room with the kitchen on this house. This is what you call a HOUSE! Yung pinag bibile sa subdivision dormitory size. ang male lang dito yung banyo walang separation.

Yan din nga ang sinuggest ko. sana lagyan ng divider or partition like a sliding glas panel, at pati yung sa floor ay importante na may divider sa shower are para hindi mababasa hanggang sa sink at toilet bowl kapag nag s shower.

Oh my! This house is so beautiful! I love the color white and gray and the wood accents, the wooden floating panels on the walls, the wooden ceilings at the center, as well as the floor on the second floor. I love the separate kitchen outside, especially when you're cooking smelly foods like tuyo, fried fish, etc. Lol. What I love the most is the wide space in the front yard. The bathrooms are beautiful also, the same colour as my landlord's bathroom in their house here in Toronto. However, I have an issue with the bathroom, my only suggestion is there should be a divider or a sliding glass panel partition between the shower area and the sink & toilet bowl most especially on the floor. You don't want the whole washroom to be wet while showering.

Kung 230sqm x 25k / sqm = 5.7M. Take note na average materials lang ang 25k.. tingin ko nasa 28-30k /sqm itong bahay na ito. So basically umaabot ito ng 6.5M total. Ganyan ka laki, not bad na.

Sa lahat ng house tour mo, dito talaga nabighani misis ko. White, grey and wood accent. Napaka ganda ng bahay. We are also working here in UAE and saving up for the house since may lote na kami. pag nag pagawa kami in the future. Sana ma cover mo din Billy. :)

Magandang bakasyonang bahay ng nagta-trabaho sa Dubai, 11 months sa Dubai at 1 month sa Pinas. Pag tapos na ang contrata, magre-renew para makaiipon pa at mag-retire sa Pinas. Sarap ng buhay pag may magandang bahay at maraming pera. ✌️

ay bet ko to.. matagal pa bago kami mkapagpagawa ng dream house namin kasi inuuna pa namin ang educational funds ng mga bata. This year matatapos na rin namin ang nka mortage na house so funds nlng para sa dream house. My 17 years pa si hubby bago mg retire kaya may panahon pa para mag impok hahaha

Maganda! It gives me an idea sa plano kong i-build na bahay sa Pinas. The only thing I don’t like is the washroom. I prefer a divider between the shower and the toilet. Ayokong basa ang the whole floor while taking a shower.
