I grew up going to his tent revivals starting when I was just 5 yrs old. .Billy Graham and Oral Roberts. They don't have Revivals like they use to.

A great man who lived a modest lifestyle. He didn’t have a huge mansion like so many of the tv preachers today and wasn’t after people’s money... he was after people’s souls. RIP Billy Graham

Why are you sad? Am so full of joy for Billy!!! Every time I would watch his sermons I was captivated and always shed a tear when he made the alter call. Thousands and thousands of people gave their lives to Christ because he allowed the Lord to use him as a vessel for his will. I always said to myself he will have the one of the biggest mansion in heaven and so many crowns for he truly has fulfilled the Lord's will. May I be obedient as he was to God's will. Have a blast in heaven with all the rest Billy. How blessed is he to be with the Lord as we speak. I cannot stop smiling for him. Glory to God!

My flag has been lowered to half-staff today... With tears in my eyes I say a very somber and sad goodbye to a man whom I have admired and respected most of my life. We have lost a huge part of the American way today and the world cannot possibly be a better place without this man of God. Heaven is rejoicing while the earth is weeping. Thank you Rev. Graham for your faithfulness, honesty and integrity. If I was active on social media I would make this my number one post today. Please stop from your busy schedule to honor this amazing servant of God. Thank you kindly!!

One of my first memories was watching a Billy Graham Crusade on a black and white TV. He has been a presence in our lives for 50 years. He will be missed.

I would rather live in Hope than pass my years questioning the meaning of what no one knows, and that is Life. I grew up hearing Faith, Hope, and Charity. As I have aged, I have returned to my beginnings. I think that each of us is born as if a star had fallen from heaven. God speed you to your Celestial Home, Pastor Graham.

While grieving the passing of Billy from this earth, we also rejoice at his home-going now. I'm sure , Billy was welcomed in heaven by the Jesus with open arms " Well done, thou good and faithful servant" . He has finished his race , but our race continues .It doesn't matter how we all start the race ...its how we finish it . You are home now Billy, united with Ruth . We miss you Billy.

I love how he said if he could do it again that he would take less speaking engagements, travel less, and spend more time in prayer/ meditation (on the Word, I assume), more time in study (of the Bible I assume), and telling the Lord how much He loves Him. There’s a lesson there!

I will miss him but we do have all those great crusades may he bring people to CHRIST even though he is not with us. My 1958 AKJB Gideon Bible says salvation (justification) is found in Romans chapter 1,2,3and 4. specifically at Romans 3:24,25 and 26, fully persuaded. go to TSABS.info and click on salvation. Did Billy preach that gospel? I never heard him. Galatians 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

We are not the Judge - there is One that judges . Salvation is an affair of the heart . We must be born again . Please read 1st. John, Chapter 4, verses 7 and 8 . One of the most powerful passages in scripture - and there's a lot of them . First Corinthians Chapter 13 expounds on this . And finally , our lives bear it out . When we're born of God , His Love abides in us , and never leaves us or forsakes us . The Spirit of Truth . Our seal . Sometimes sheep can get separated and wander off from the flock , but the Good Shepherd always seeks , finds , and brings them home . Amen .
