@@lt.columbo5919 You're quite a hypocrite. I read on your channel your philosophy on life, which are just words you typed- which you don't really mean. You don't care about the man I killed. Glad to see you're well. We met briefly at Smokeout 7 or 8 (I forget which). You were really down to earth. Yourself and Indian Larry inspired me to fab up parts for my bike (snowchain floor boards, 3 drawer tool box saddle bags, chain shifter and rear brake lever, saucepan air filter cover etc.). Then to get compliments from Eric (Voodoo choppers), Steve Sr & Jr as well as others from the Horse crew meant alot. That falls back on the inspiration I got from you guys.

Thanks a ton for bringing board track racing to the attention of so many people, granddad raced the boards in the 1910's in the NYC area, Sheepshead Bay was his favorite. Splinters were still surfacing in his 70's, he made a kill switch for my mini bike from a hacksaw blade just like the one he used, his stories were endless. Thanks again

Billy's just like the rest of us,sometimes he just eyeballs things ,with his experience he'll make a clean part 99% of the time. That was clean quick & simple but a lesser fabricator could have over complicated the thing. Billy looks like he's reached a good spot in his life!

I used to work for Covington Cycle City just before they went on the biker build off show. Sadly, I was fired for showing up to work late. I had a friend's uncle who was a truck driver stop in and recognized me, he took me out to eat, then to have a few beers. I was on my first beer and the next thing I remember was waking up butt naked half in the tub and my house ravaged. Later I found out that the particular bar we went to was notorious for chicks dropping date rape drugs into dudes beers with the intention of robbing them. Luckily I had my only funds hidden well, but I literally lost my dream job. I wanted to work my way up and eventually meet the one builder I've admired for many years. Mr Billy Lane. Love your work main. I promised my daughter I would build a sidecar bike before I leave this world, hopefully my illness fully leaves and we can build it. She's 5 so we got a few years.
