Is Billy Ocean a Rasta? He didn't acknowledged the religion. I can remembered how he saved Jamaican at our annual Air Jamaica Jazz and Blue Festival when Diana Ross poor performance left us heart broken. Billy came and gave us hits after hits to end the show in recovery from Ross poor performance. Thanks again Billy.

Not at all, he had two number 2 hits in the UK in the 1970s and four top 20 hits in all in the UK, before the 1980s. His career started in London singing in clubs as a teenager. Please do some research... even if it is just wiki.
