Gorgeous and talented man. The style is killing me!!!! So happy Billy lived through the plague years, but clearly he suffered losing so many friends. God. What a horrible time that was. I still can't believe science can pound the virus into submission. Men and women can now live. I didn't think we'd survive that plague. But thanks to the men and women who fought back, we fought back. And now we have TIME ....

Ok... your song time was playing while I was typing and it messed me up typing that is how beautiful that song is.…major typos....had to pause your video...I love having watched where you decide to walk.. like how I watched my children decide when they finally could...…what interests them what they gravitate to and how we are close by to try to guide them away from harm and set them down again. You still have a way of feeling like one of mine as a grown man while I guide you away from harm in my prayers that you are always in for most peace ,love , joy that this world has for you that you seem to find over and over again always and you tuck away in your heart what you already know for safest keeping of them all and what a huge heart I will never forget Mr. Billy.

Billy's angel voice and soul on display in this piece never fail to make me cry. The unbelievably disrepectful humanoids with tourettes calling out in the middle of the piece with intent to destroy the sacred moment he is creating can shut their yapping maws. Time and place, people!! Don't just mindlessly ape behaviors you see others doing in the desperate hope to look like you belong. This just proves you don't! He needs NO signals of approval from YOU while performing this piece. BYE FELICIA!!!

The first time I saw the Blue Devils drum and bugle corps perform, they played Billy's song and it was incredibly romantic. Within the first minute and a half, I noticed that a man wearing a denim shirt was intensely watching Billy - turns out, he's his husband (Adam Smith). They looked really cute together, but I later found out they were already divorced.
