The lawyers are ridiculous. He filed for divorce in May but she has a right to continue spending his money as she pleases? That doesn't make sense. The marriage ends the moment paperwork is filed. Court stamps are a formality.

It's sad that he got this experience at his age...but this is a good lesson for him....I hope now he realizes that Tish was actually his only rock...he left the happy family (perhaps just boring with routinity ?) and sought a new young bloom he didnt know about....a very wrong judgement....and now he got lot of pebbles in his shoes. Next time if U want to marry again Bill, ask yr daughters first...get some advice from them...they love U...they will find U a good one...coz they want U to be happy....

WhyTF would you want to get married after you have already had a divorce? Its mind baffling anyone who has had a divorce would ever marry again. Its just a stupid piece of paper, doesnt do anything for anyone other than the wife, especially in Massachusetts, the only thing it does is guarantee the woman WILL get half of your sh1t.
