First off, thank you for making and posting the video. I know it is now 7 years old, but I just found it. I just completed my first model ever (Revell Saturn V) and couldn’t believe Billy’s unbelievably amazing collection as I watched this. He must have been an incredible person. Thank you again for sharing this.

As a former Hobby Shop owner (Inside & Out Hobbies, LLC est 2005 - ended 2014, I loved it when customers would bring in a finished model of something from the space program. I would put them on display and hold a semi annual model show so they could win prized.....Now all I do is sit back and sell what I have left on E bay.....

Would literally kill for even half the Soviet/Russian models he has. (1:00) Mostly the R-7/Sputnik/Vostok/Soyuz Rockets. Models of Soviet or Russian rockets are so hard to find.

I loved his model collection which must be worth a small fortune. Does he ever exhibit the models to the public? He has dedicated a large portion of his home to this wonderful hobby. Thanks for posting this video.

Fine collection. It's comforting to see there are those who still have a passion for engineering and space exploration. I hope and pray that our youth will find that same passion. If only we can convince the current POTUS and Congress to give NASA/JPL the funding they need to continue skyward. The hero's of my youth are fading away. Will we ever see a re-awakening of the desire to explore and learn.
