INGREDIENTS :
---- DAL CHAWAL DHOKLA ----
RICE - 1 CUP (SOAKED FOR 4 HOURS)
TUR DAL - ½ CUP (SOAKED FOR 4 HOURS)
CURD/ YOGURT - ½ CUP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, CHOPPED
GINGER - 1 INCH
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
ASAFOETIDA - 1 + 1 PINCH
SALT - ½ TSP
ENO FRUIT SALT - 1 TSP
EDIBLE OIL - 1 TABLE SPOON
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 3, CUT IN HALF
CURRY LEAF - 10 LEAVES
---- DHANIYE KI CHUTNEY ----
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, CHOPPED
GINGER - 1 INCH
BLACK SALT - ¼ TSP
SALT - ¼ TSP
ROASTED CUMIN POWDER - ½ TSP
LEMON JUICE - 1 TSP
ICE CUBES - AS PER DESIRED CONSISTENCY
