Hi Madam, How can employee fight with company ? 1.Organization is financially very strong. 2.They done Intentional and illegal suspension of employee. 3. Indifference action between employees for same suspension reason. 4.There is no response from employer/HR team. 5.Not paying subsistence allowance on time. 6. After several reminders if paying also there is no uniformity in allowance and not providing any break up's 7.There was no response from employer for 14 months even after several mails, registered post and lawyer notice. 8.Even at labour office employer representative given written confirmation (March 2020) stating within a month they are going to proceed and conclude this issue but no action taken and not responding to me as well as labour commissioner. 9.I am the sole earner for my family, tried to explain in several mails but no one understood and responding. 10. Lost my good opportunities because of this negligent behavior of company. 11. I borrowed loans from banks, relatives and friends. Now I lost cibil score not eligible for any further borrowings and banking jobs. 12.Intentionally they fixed me and I have not misused any funds or my powers for my personal benefits. 13. They kept me in dark and not answered to my any queries. 14.Still 3 months subsistence allowance not credited. Do I get justice in front of big company?

Madam, i was working with the Ministry Govt of India, which was hired for the irregular temporary post for 1 year though employment new for which i was issued an appointment letter. But they continued my service by giving extension and in 2017 they replaced me with a 3rd party payroll. In my repeated request to relieve me and give me an experienced certificate they refused me saying that i will file a case against them for the permanent position and harassed me through uploaded work of 3 ASO Work. In 2020 when it was Covid's situation they called me regularly and due to which i was infected by covid 2 times in the last situation my whole family was admitted to ICU due to which they stopped my salary at a crucial time. After which i took advice from a lawyer who told me that this is a complicated situation as the ministry is refusing to reply by avoiding excuses against the documents that they don't have a role in recruiting and they have not issued such documents and this post of Multipurpose assistant doesn't come under any pay grade. I don't know the 3rd party payroll party who released our payment. After 8 years i am in a lot of confusion as i don't have relieving letter and reference against my employment although i handled the whole division on a basic salary of 8000 per month. Now almost 1 year has passed i have applied to 1000 companies but none of them are giving me employment saying we don't hire a Ministry person my whole carrier is in full stop and i don't have a source of income. The person who transfered me to 3rd party payroll is transferred and others are retired who were responsible for hiring me. The manager who gives the order to release the payment to Admin who issue our salary though the 3rd party are blaming on 3rd party which doent exist. I have filed various PMO and RTI against which they are giving fake or irrelevant replies Request to Please suggest me with this dangerous situation.
