Aaj Masala Kitchen Me Bana Rahe Hai Perfect Gulab Jamun Recipe. Ek Bar Ghar Par try Keejiye Ye Tasty Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR GULAB JAMUN:
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 cup
* Milk powder (मिल्क पाउडर) - 1.5 cup/180 grams
* Ghee (घी) - 1/4 cup/3 tbsp
* All Purpose flour (मैदा) - 4 tbsp
* Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
FOR SUGAR SYRUP:
* Water (पानी) - 1.5 cup
* Sugar (चीनी) - 3 cup
* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - some
* Saffron (केसर) - some
* Lemon slice (निम्बू का स्लाइस) - 1 small
* Rose water (गुलाब जल) - some
RECIPE:
For Sugar Syrup, keep a pan on flame, put some Sugar and Water in it. Then put some Cardamom Powder and Saffron in it and cook it till it becomes sticky and put a Lemon Slice in it.
Then turn off the flame and put some drops of Rose Water in the Sugar Syrup.
For Gulab Jamun, take some Milk, mix some Milk Powder in it and then add some Ghee in it. After then, keep it on the flame and cook it on slow flame till it becomes smooth and thick. Stir it continuously while cooking it. Then take it out on a plate and cover it.
Then mix some All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder and bind it like dough. Apply some Oil on it and make balls of it.
Fry the Gulab Jamun in Oil/Ghee on low to medium flame. Then put the fried Gulab Jamun in the Sugar Syrup. Let the Gulab Jamun in the Syrup for at least 2 hours and take out the Lemon Slice from the Syrup.
In this way, Gulab Jamun will get ready to serve.
