Ingredients:
500 grams of goat meat, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 medium-sized tomato, 6-7 green chilies, 200 grams of onion, 2-3 tablespoons of mustard oil, 1 bay leaf, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, 2 pinches of asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of Kasoori Methi(Dry fenugreek leaves), 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste, a few chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
