made this dhokla frecipe ..followed all measurements n instructions except i used half tsp tartri ... they turned out super spongy ..n the chokh seasoning tadka ... with water absorbed well giving the dhokla an extra kick n flavour . thanks for this awesome recipe

V Nice. Only should avoid aluminium bcz it reacts with lemon etc.best is to use steel babba or cooker container. I use cooker container...
