Already could fix it, my problem was with transferwise, what worked was to wait 20 labor days since the creation of the account (not sure about this one tho) and/or to add the recipient's information before trying to do the transfer.

I think it’s to do with the value at that moment of the crypto, it could have gone up and down in value so in that time frame you get it for the price you’ve started with the transaction with? If that makes sence?
