DIY question: Let e be the identity element a*e = e*a = a a*e= 3ae/7 =a Both the a cancel out 3e/7=1 Therefore e= 7/3 Ans.

In the first question, shudnt the answer be 5? The 5 in denominator was cancelled by the 5 in numerator, so 2 divides 10 and we get 5?
