MINDSCAPES VIDEO SELECTIONS
Binaural Buzz: Binaural Beats that reproduce brain states/effects of certain narcotics or medicinal substances. Headphones are required.
Binaural Beats: Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. Binaural beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and provide other health benefits such as control over pain. Headphones are required.
Atmospheres: Sound environments with a main objective to produce a calming/soothing effect for the listener.
Isochronic Tones: At its simplest level, an Isochronic Tone is just a tone that is being turned on and off rapidly. They create sharp, distinctive pulses of sound. The volume or intensity of the sound goes almost directly from 0 to 100 and back again in an evenly-spaced manner. This leaves a stronger impression on the brain, compared to binaural beats or other methods that use wave-like pulses. When Isochronic Tones are utilized as a stimulus under specific circumstances, research has shown evidence of beneficial outcomes such as anxiety reduction and increased concentration.
Chromotherapy: Chromotherapy, sometimes called color therapy, colorology or cromatherapy, is an alternative medicine method. In 1933, Indian-born scientist Dinshah P. Ghadiali claimed to have discovered the scientific principles which explain why and how the different colored rays have various therapeutic effects on organisms. He believed that colors represent chemical potencies in higher octaves of vibration, and for each organism and system of the body there is a particular color that stimulates and another that inhibits the work of that organ or system. Ghadiali also thought that by knowing the action of the different colors upon the different organs and systems of the body, one can apply the correct color that will tend to balance the action of any organ or system that has become abnormal in its functioning or condition.
Transitions: Positive mental attitude audio recordings focusing on New Thought movement authors and speakers or similar.
Transmissions: Timeless forward thinking composers and/or compositions spanning all eras and musical genres.
Solfeggio Tones: The “Solfeggio frequencies” are cyclic variation of the numbers 369, 147 and 258. It is claimed that each frequency has specific spiritual and physical healing properties. It is also claimed that they are part of a process that can assist you in creating the possibility of life without stress, illness, and sickness.

When I listen to this, I feel a strange feeling in my throat, between a vibration and a very light urge to retch. This is my third day listening to this once a day, and it's helped my laryngitis. I still can't reach the high notes, but I can speak normally using low notes only, and I couldn't even do that four days ago.

Backstory : Making a cover video (singing) and allowed myself to strain. Vocal cord feels inflamed and hurts from time to time. I’ve been on vocal rest for about two days but have had to talk every now and then because I have no choice. Day 1: Nothing feels like it’s changing as I’m listening but I will speak after listening to see it if I feel any difference OK WTF MY VOICE FEEL SO CLEAR CHIILLEEEE Day 2: IM CONVINCED THIS HEALED ME. I pulled an all nighter and was really exhausted so I fell asleep on about a 1 hour drive while listening to this beat. Came back home and slept for about 12 hours (ik I have a bad sleep schedule) woke up and I feel way better I use to feel a big lump in my throat ( I think it was due to inflammation) and when I swallow it doesn’t feel as big anymore

Day 2 and I’m noticing an actual positive result. I don’t feel any tingling in my throat or anything like that, but my voice was noticeably better today. I listened to this last recording last night and then again after waking up this morning. I am now about to sleep and listening to it for the 3rd time. I plan to keep this up until I don’t have any strain at all. I’m just happy that I could actually sing alright today (even though I am trying to refrain and not test my vocal cords too much). My family says they hear a difference in the ease/smoothness of my voice when I speak as well so I know I’m not the only one who can tell there has been some progress.

Anyone with vocal nodules here? I’ve lost my voice for 3 weeks, due to an allergic gag reaction to some spray. Had to cancel a gig, then went to ENT, really inflamed vocal cords. Now been to another ENT who says it’s tiny vocal nodes/nodules. I did perform on 17/8, but had to strain. I was given pills by ENT for gastric reflux, but they made me gag more. My issue now is that I gag a lot and that obviously hurts my throat and makes the voice croaky. I haven’t tried this before, feels like it’s helping. I believe it will. Will keep trying. This is day 1. I could listen to this as I nap, relaxing. Thank you so much for sharing.

Well, I’ve not just been using this method alone. I have also been using 1 table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1 table spoon of raw local honey. One straight after the other. I used these frequencies as I fell asleep, the method I explained as well as vocalising through singing exercises to rehabilitate my voice back. I just completed my performance at a Jazz festival, so I feel I’m cured. It’s been nearly 2 months since I injured my voice.

*Updates*: my throat feels better and this is my first day I'm pairing this with this technique that makes me sound less flat it's where you hum the song into a straw before singing I think it's working but I can't sing higher yet so I'll try that later I sound better like less nasally I'll say I'm trying to master high notes now

I'm a singer that likes to do dirty, "scream" vocals but I lost them and obtained an overall breathy quality to my voice. funny enough, I lost it from singing. my band mate got me sick with the flu and while singing back up harmonies with said sickness it induced laryngitis. Now a month later I still can't scream at all, I lost that steady mix range of my voice and still don't have the control over my singing voice that I used to. hope this helps.

+Reidar learn life Hello and thank you for your questions. This video focuses on stimulating and healing the vocal cords using Alpha. Most brainwave entrainment can be utilized once a day, completely from beginning to end, for a ninety day period. Some users will report noticing results right away, where others will take longer. The length of time before witnessing results varies based on the individual. Over time while you listen, you are exercising the brain and after a period of use should be able to naturally achieve the Alpha state present in the session. Many users have reported using brainwave entrainment at key times of the day, either right after waking or right before sleep, helps them maintain a routine thus assisting them in noticing results quicker. Using the suggestions provided here will not result in exhaustion or overstimulation of the vocal cords, however, if at any time you should feel nauseous or dizzy you may discontinue use and consult with a medical physician for further instruction. Please feel free to subscribe and keep Mindscapes and other users up-to-date with your progress. Be well and take care.

So when i was 13, i became a mute, just completely totaled my voice. Will this get it back or do i need something else for that?
@Mindscapes
@Mindscapes 6 жыл бұрын
+Jayden Haynes Greetings and thank you for your interesting question. While we have not had any treatment experience with the state of mutism through entrainment, and we are unable to give an in depth answer (as we are not qualified to do so), which might be misconstrued as a recommendation, one might deduce that it would depend on what were the initial causes and to what extent the current condition exists. Also, with that said, if it were dependent on a physical limitation such as permanent damage to or removal of any part of the articulatory apparatus due to surgery or severe trauma, we are unaware of any existing cases where there has been a reversal or recovery with entrainment being a primary factor or solution. That is not to say they do not exist, just that we are unaware of any. Other than that, it is plausible that entrainment might have some sort of effect on selective mutism, the disorder based on anxiety rather than physical limitation. One might imagine that utilizing entrainment as a placebo or permission slip to enable your bodies natural tendency to heal itself would be entirely within the realm of possibilities. For more on the power of the placebo, we would direct you to the research of Dr. Bruce Lipton or Dr. Joe Dispenza, both which can be found here on KZfaq and on their official sites, located here: www.brucelipton.com/ and www.drjoedispenza.com/ . KZfaq search results: bit.ly/2q6kYBe We hope this interaction has been of benefit and we appreciate your patronage. Be well and Take care.
