just scored! Yesterday I found 12 binders on the clearance rack for $1.00 each at Staples. Regularly 12.95 each. I wiped out the whole clearance rack! :)

You are the best. I have been able to organize almost my entire apartment from your videos. Simple things like how you use your narrow cabinet in your kitchen, to how to tackle paper clutter helps sooo much. Thank you!

Another good tip - - you can put a clear transparency sheet on top of your title page in the front sleeve to save your binder from getting stained from the printed page. Much easier to replace the transparency sheet as opposed to the entire binder! Love your videos!!

I have two of these binders for school, and one of them has lasted me for 3 years so far. Its so cute, it has clear covers with multicolored glitter in it with purple bumpers. My other one is turquoise with black bumpers.

I like your organizational skills and that you shared these videos. I have a tip. If you laminate the index/glossary/cover sheet page or add a piece of tape to the spot where you want your label to go (when using your label maker) it will then come off with ease when you want to change the label, instead of printing an entire new piece of paper.

Ditto on your fav binders and dividers. As a homeschooling Mom of three, I use the same products, and love that I can color code them for each child and my own organizing. I've always been an office supply junkie, especially with a weakness for good pens-Uni-ball or Pentel for everyday, and Cross & Mont Blanc for when my writing really matters!

I love your personality and that you talk on your videos, its fun! I wouldn't ever consider changing a thing. I live in a studio, and I NEED to get rid of a file cabinet. Now I know how I am going to do it!

Hey ! I was a mess, my office was a wreck but its starting to look pretty clean and I can actually find papers that I need . I own a HVAC business in Illinois and currently organizing parts and tools ( I'm kicking myself for having almost 3 of every part especially when I think of all the times I didn't have to buy a new part !). I love those binders! I'm 13, almost 14, so I haven't really been picky about what organizing products I ise until just recently. When I was shopping for school supplies last year, I was at Staples and I was attracted to all the different colors. So, I picked out a few and I love them!

I really enjoy Staples Better Binders! I like them because of the grip material so they don't slip if your work on an angle, I like the funky colors they come in and I like that they have a front pocket to put in a collage or some photos or whatever :) I'm starting high school and find these binders to be very helpful and fun!

I love the "case it" binders. They're so easy and helpful for middle school.

Within my file folders I keep a smaller folder to custom label items. I use removable labels or erase able sharpies to write on the inside folder tabs. So my auto file folder will have four inside folders for each vehicle in the home, mine, the hubby, my daughter, and my son. This way you can get specific if you live in a home with more than one or two people's info. So our tax file folder will have specific folders for charity receipts, 1099's, business receipts, and then the property tax receipt. Keep the tips coming.

Another great way to organize! I was in the container store this weekend and bought the bins you referenced in your fridge organization video and they are amazing!! Oh man I am so going to reorganize all my files! We currently have a GIANT ugly filing cabinet, and stuff is sorted into sections but it's hard to see what is in each section, and this looks like a way better solution!

SO WIERD but reassuring if that makes sense----which I'm sure does to you lol Stumbling upon your KZfaq channel happend for a reason and it was so good to not feel out of place and alone because NOBODY has EVER UNDERSTOOD or I just can't seem to communicate the feelings I feel about clutter/organization effectively---and also the DIRECT CORRELATION it has to ANXIETY/STRESS/DEPRESSION especially in me or now individuals like "US"! So thanks so much and I look forward to trying to involve my fiance (who is well on the road to being a boarder) in the SIMPLESSITY PROGRAM as well as PPP. Fingers crossed because this will truly be my LAST attempt in trying to get him to understand my issues and the absolute SEVERITY on these matters. They are are also my favorite binders. One reason beside what you mention they are also 100% money back because they are Staple brand. I'm not that rough on my binders but my home binder does get a lot of usage. I use one for bills that I have Staples binder pockets that I also love. It holds all my paper work to the end of the year. Great Video!

I use the same dividers and for binders (for school) I like any zippered binder with a folder thingy, for my old school work because I never or rarely use them I like the two dollar ones i find at Walmart during back to school time!

My favourite binders and dividers are the same ones you use!!

I love these binders. Don't have (or need) as many as you do, but there are 5 in different colors on my desk and 3 in my kitchen (all white with the black trim). I use them there for manuals and warranties (2) and a household info binder. I like this system better than a file cabinet, because they are always at hand and everything is consolidated. In an emergency there's no flipping through folders trying to find one paper. I know where all the current information is.

FYI, Martha has dividers at Staples. LOVE THEM! I use a label maker to label them, and when I need to change it up, I rip off that old label and stick on a new one! :) I too am a stationery snob, it's nothing to be ashamed of :) lol
