Bindi, Robert and Terri Irwin Open Up About Carrying on Steve’s Legacy for 15 Years (Exclusive)

ET’s Lauren Zima chats with the Irwin family about how they’ve kept Steve’s legacy alive for 15 years, and what to expect in the new season of ‘Crickey! It’s the Irwins!’ debuting Feb. 7 on Discovery+. Bindi opens up about recreating her mom and dad’s pregnancy photo, and Terri reveals the cute backstory of the original picture! Robert says that having to maintain Australia Zoo amid the pandemic was ‘one of the hardest things we ever had to endure.’ Chandler Powell says after him and Bindi’s wedding last year they were busy feeding 1,200 animals the next day!

The most tight knit family I have ever known... just listening to them makes you feel they are still the most caring and loving people in this world. They certainly give you hope despite everything that is negative in this world. I enjoy every show they put on❤️💯‼️ Miss Steve Irwin tho...Rest in Peace Steve!!!!

Bindi, I am so glad that you are going to wait until baby girl is born to name her! She has a name and you just have to figure out what it is. I have heard of people getting the name while they are in labor, so who knows? That might happen to you! Good luck with everything!

"His" meaning who - Chandler? Are you wondering about his parents' role as grandparents when their little family is soooooo far away? They can fly and visit, you know. Bindi and Chandler plan on raising their little girl at Australia zoo, not in the United States.

Steve started off well. We all watched him as a family. Then he became so over the top we stopped because he bacame so silly. That cost the poor bugger his life. Then a family had to live without him. Was not impressed when he took his baby in with the crocodile even less impressed his wife let he.

Bindi never wanted to carry on her father's legacy. They pushed her to win on DWTS so they could launch her Hollywood career, too bad Bindi has no acting talent to speak of (even though she's tried). She doesn't actually do anything to help out with the zoo unless the cameras are rolling. She's just a typical fame chaser.
