Unfortunately our conception of Love is not binding with the principles of heaven, and may people fail to see this out of self indulging and comfort. Thanks for the explanation of the key Pastor... I don't however think God was speaking still to Peter, I think when He said upon this rock - He was referring to the truth revealed to peter ...the Church is built upon The Son of Man... He will build the church upon The Son of man and that church will have the key to Heaven and it is the church built on The Son of Man, that can bind and loose not Peter.... He stopped referring to Peter after He explains that it is God who revealed to him....
