Tonight was an incredible night with the entire Bingham family (minus Mana, Papa, and Madi who joined virtually) hosted at our house. We laughed, told stories, built gingerbread houses, and revealed all our Bingham family secrets!
Amidst all the chaos and laughter, our precious Hazy fell and hit her head on the banister smacking her eye on the sharp corner cutting her eyelid wide open :( We weren't sure if she needed to be rushed to the emergency room for stitches above her eye so we stopped the fun while we waited for her swelling to go down. Once we wiped away all the blood and cleaned out the head wound and her black eye swelling went down with ice on her cut, we were able to see that the excessive bleeding made it look worse than it actually was. It was quite the sight to see all her aunts, uncles, and cousins rush to her side and hover over her to make sure she felt the family love while her head wound healed.
