Why not just make a steak with some sides, making a pinwheel is just unnecessary and seems kind of useless especially with the filling spilling out of it.
@ConstantlyDamaged
@ConstantlyDamaged 3 жыл бұрын
@@pashaputrasupriatna4596 Probably because the fillings also flavor the meat, and vice versa. Also, presentation. Sometimes you don't want just a hunk of steak on a plate with vegetables piled beside it.

I went to my butcher and saw he had placed two prime cuts off beef up on a shelf. At least 9 feet up. He said if I can reach them, I get them for free, but if not I pay double. I reply: "I'm sorry butcher, the steaks are too high" I'll see myself out, thanks...

Is the crust that holds the veggies in primarily the cheese? Do you recommend a substitute for those of us who keep kosher and can't combine cheese with steak? Will I lose the fillings if I omit the cheese and just use veggies?

Flank steak is one of my favourite cuts of meat - it has a fairly strong taste and it’s awesome as “just a steak” as well. Either pure or having been dunked in homemade marinade for a couple of hours.
