My Dad's been gone for 22 years and I don't have kids, so Father's Day means nothing to me. However, it was lovely to see a cheese free menu tonight! Cheese is my one culinary kryptonite, so a cheeseless menu is delightful! The speck tip is fantastic.

seeing cooking spray reminds me i haven't used it in ages, I switched to parchment paper for using cookie sheets how do people stand using cooking spray when it just cooks into an unremovable brown sludge on whatever pan you use it on? it's essentially 'seasoning' it, except it's decidedly 'stick' rather than nonstick.

and .. I stay non-sicilian. Dead flies (aka currants and raisins, and just about anything similar) gives me massive texture issues. Ugh. Just use something nice instead, like dried italien plums, and be happy ever after :)

@@reallydeadguy sorry to say this but it's the truth. He looks like he lost weight. And he does look healthy. That doesn't mean this person was saying that "unless you lose weight you're unhealthy." "Or unless your skinny your unhealthy" Your just taking it that way. It's ok to be any size. As long as you have your HEALTH in mind. And nothing is wrong with giving someone a compliment for their accomplishments, which for babish, for a bit; was to be healthier by losing a couple pounds.
