Here in the Philippines, normal conversation in pure Tagalog (Filipino language) is quite impossible.. we use Taglish (combination of Tagalog and English) in our casual conversation that's why you hear a lot of English when they talk.. 7:33 This song is called "Na Na Na'. They have a special music video with it. 12:16 Ate Maan. She was referring to the person named "Maan". "Ate" (pronounced as "aah-teh") in Filipino it means "older sister" or "older female". We use this to call someone who is an older female (similar to "unnie" in Korea but not exactly). So to call a female who looks older than you (but not too old), you will use the word "Ate" in the beginning before their name (ex. Ate Maan).

The BINI Roadtrip Adventures were filmed during the time when the group was just recently launched. That is the reason why almost everyone don't know them yet (except of course a few of those who have been following them since their training days OR some of us who saw them when they were first presented in national TV to perform). It is the time when travel restrictions were just began to be lifted from Covid-19 pandemic. Back then young Filipinos (well, most of them) are hooked more into KPop and they were simply just not interested with what PPop has to offer. But when BINI began breaking records through social media achievements, more and more became interested and finally new fans discovered how great their discography is. Now with regards to the songs they sang in the adventure, the first one is "Na Na Na" (you can check its corresponding MV and might be interested too with the mirrored dance practice in which they did it in acapella). The second song is "8" (I believe there is a clearer version of it somewhere without the wind noise 😅) which tells about their journey during the training days and how they find support from each other and then from their fans.

When they made those episodes, they were just new, I believe it wasn't even a year that's why people barely or don't even recognize them yet. But now, if they go out they gather crowds around them.

They were launched during the pandemic. They went through all the difficulties as a group. Even the network which supports them (ABS-CBN) was shut down by the government. But they stuck together. When they made these vids, they were practically unknown yet. So just see how happy they were that Blooms surprised them and joined in dancing. The song they sang in the second episode is “8”, written by Colet. It’s a song about how they all stuck together through all the challenges, towards achieving their dreams. The line in that song, “Walo hanggang dulo,” translates to “All 8 until the end.” It’s become their promise to each other, from them to the Blooms, and the Blooms to BINI. There’s really so much to be proud of with these girls.

Filipino and English are the official languages of the Philippines so it isn't rare at all to hear us mixing both languages. Our official papers and documents are also written in English like birth certificate and etc....

Very nice! Mabuhay means "Long Live" but it is now used for "Welcome" and "Hello" as well nowadays 😅 . And yes, we Filipinos are now getting used to use Tagalog or regional languages together with English. There is also a Bini Roadtrip Adventures in Baguio too 😊 The song that they are performing in episode 1 is "Na na na na" , one of their popular songs and it has MV too 😊. On episode 2, it was titled "8" 😊 "Ate Maan" is name of a person. "Ate" means older sister or older female, "Maan" is the name of the person 😅 It is pronounced actually as "a-teh" Intramuros was built as a walled city by the Spanish on the 1500s to make a foothold here and that was the start that they colonized the Philippines for more than 300 years. That is also why Spanish has influence on our culture and even the word "Kamusta" that you have mentioned is actually comes from "Como esta" which means "How are you" in Spanish.

So just to give you the lowdown on the second location of the Bini roadtrip the girls are in Intramuros the old spanish colonial capital of the country lots of historical sites you can find there since Intramuros was the old seat of power for the Spaniards i know this by heart since my college campus is located within the Intramuros area
