you might have to move it to a shaded area so temp inside digester from getting to high.

+j raner you want the digester hot/warm but there is so much water in it. It will never get to hot.

I think thats an awsome digester If i may mention that digesters work better with a clear or white container because sunlight helps the bacterial break down the waste. That is why water tanks are black. Algae does not grow with out sunlight. Black digesters will become so hot on the inside that it may cook the bacteria and kill it.

Hey man, first congrats for this nice projet you got going on, quite inspiring I have to say. I'm researching about biodigesters now as a mean of using human manure, is this what you planed for it ? (Sorry if you say it at some point but I had to cut short through the video, you really talk a lot man) My main question is about the liquid outlet, why is it not on the side, I mean having the exit over the top of the tank means the liquid going all the way inside the gas exit tubes. I imagine that if it was on the higher part of the side, let say couple inches from the top, first it keeps the pipes clean, but mostly leaves some room for the gas to pressure up a bit, and then no gas would get stuck on the higher points of of the tank as you mention on the previous video because the pressure evens up. But also, you only need one exit pipe and that is a big gain in time and design and resources. Anyway I'll go through the rest of your videos now, might find the answer to my question actually

+Matthieu Fossaert I'm not going to use human manure. If u watch the videos i explain why I built my system like this, still working just fine. The gas only has 1 place to go in the gas outlets because the digester is filled to the top with water.

Man, now I want one of those. I have wanted chickens for a while now and wondered what to do with their waste, maybe we this could be a solution? I don't really know, but I'll look more i to it.

+Jake Rolland pig and chicken manure work well its really high in methane gases. Even our own waste would work but the paper would be the problem.

The middle Gas Outlet is not installed yet? Or u dont do it now?

With the 2 2" outputs the middle not needed now unit is working really good. I bought a 2,600 gallon biogas bag from www.thebiogasstore.com which will be here on Thursday. I'm also buying 2 of their complete bio gas kits that comes with everything. One for my home and another one for the rental I'm building.

hi. i was wondering, with the outlet pipe higher than the tank itself, how would the waste (manure) come out or what would push it higher than the tank itself.

When the level of everything in the tank starts to rise (when you put waste in it), it has two places to go (provided the lid is on and tight): the inlet and the outlet. Since the outlet is lower, this is where all that digested waste comes out.
