After watching your video the biomatric option appears but still when I go the settings to set the fingerprint lock...it is showing me that couldn't find hello driver for windows... I have already downloaded the driver from the hp website. For my laptop

a very clear instruction video, but didn't fix my problem yet.. turns out i just had to do the specific biometric update hahah; settings > windows update > advanced options > optional updates > driver updates > then select the biometric one and click 'dowload & install' hope this helps!!👌

Hello. I saw several of your videos, are really good information. I followed step by step, trust me... but i can't install the biometrics. On SxS found HelloFace and installed. It shows me "The third-party INF does not contain digital signature information" ❌️. I don't know what can I do. I tried everything 🤯. I need help
