As a Metis citizen, also Scandinavian and Eurasian, middle child, child of divorce, grandfather subjected to residential school, and twin spirit dealing with multiple major and ambiguous grief and loss, so much trauma, I spend every day simply struggling to exist and belong in a world that doesn't believe in me, know me or want or acknowledge me. Other than maybe by a few of those on the anonymous mental health site 7 Cups of Tea, I'm treated with abuse and toxicity at best every day of my life. I met this great man years ago in South Africa at the World Congress for Sustainable Development for Indigenous People. The leader of the Wolf clan made a hell of an impression on me then with his nobility and simple humility . How blessed to see and hear him again . 🙌

I don't think most people understand what he was trying to convey. The great upheaval IS coming, many will die. Most support the master that is about to cut them down. I am a 10th great-granddaughter of Massasoit Ousamequin who had mercy upon the pilgrim immigrants and covenanted with them and kept it for 50 years to be at peace with each other. I'm also the 10th great-granddaughter of many of the pilgrims themselves too. I love both sides and understand there was a good thing in the beginning. I am grateful the founding fathers who were also my great grandfather's took time to bring in the 6 nations to form yet another covenant to form a more better union. Both sides began wonderfully and ended terribly. Both sides need healing. I am a peacemaker at heart. I have made covenant with my God to help bring us back to this state of peace. I believe this is the way, for all of us to covenant to bring peace again.

Wise words, and I want to further their reach. The problem with democracy, is that we don't have any, but what we have, we call democracy. The system is parliamentarism with polyarchy, groups infighting for power. The system is also dualistic, hierarchical, and fragmenting. It's built for eternal conflict, not for conscious and constructive co-operation. The only way out is to open the gates of 3. "When you only have two options, take the third", or as Chief Oren said: "When you come to a fork in the road, take it." Democracy isn't freedom, it's a special kind of mental prison. Freedom isn't freedom either, as long as it is presented as the opposite of tyranny. The opposite of tyranny is non-tyranny. Freedom is freedom from all structure and framework. That is raw nature where the strongest will dictate the life of everyone else. It is not a road ahead, it's a road back before civilisation. What we need is a non-tyrannical system based on true and real power, not the coercive force of Big Money, Big State, Big Pharma, Big Agro and any other Big anti-life entity. "Organic Leadership". When we all stop hunkering and obeying those who force us to obey, we create a system made for us, by us and with us.

It was God intent for each culture to learn from one another and not annihilate and destroy each other or see one group superior than the other. We all can bring something to the table.
